A dream build for our first home!
Rawad from the sales office was incredible and really helped us choose the perfect floor plan to completely cater to our family needs and even those little luxuries we have always wanted. The Berkeley 32 was the perfect fit and we are so happy with the layout.
Abbi from the administrative team really helped us with even the most minute query to help us feel supported and at ease throughout the entire process. She always put our needs and wants first to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. In the planning and review process there were some very small details that needed amending but these were done in a timely fashion and still met our expectations. That is ofcourse what the planning and review process is there for.
Danielle our site supervisor ensured the build went smoothly and things were completed in a timely manor although not at the expense of quality. We had no major issues or setbacks, in fact we completed build ahead of estimated schedule. The final costs were exactly what we had expected.
