2020 HIA Home Builder Awards
Kingsbridge Homes is thrilled to be nominated for HIA Vic Medium Builder of the Year for the fourth year in a row. Last year, we were proud to win this category, and we hope to do it again this year. Additionally, we have also been nominated for two HIA Display Home of the Year awards in the $350,001 to $400,000 and $600,001 to $1 million categories. These are for our Hartland 29 display home in Tarneit and Winchester 48 our display home in Clyde.
These nominations are thanks to the hard work of our team as well as the ongoing support of our customers. Without you out there supporting us, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
2020 Master Builders Australia Awards
As if those previous nominations weren’t enough, we were delighted to hear that Master Builders Australia have also put us in the running for the Best Display Home of the Year too! Three display homes are being considered for an award this year. On that list is the Hartland 29, the Winchester 48 and the Stanford 26, which are each nominated for multiple awards in 2020.
Our Master Builders Australia nominations this year are:
1. Winchester 48, Clyde, Best Display Home Over $750,000
We are incredibly proud of the Winchester 48. It boast 5 bedrooms, each with a complete ensuite. An impressive guest bedroom to blow your visitors away. The master bedroom is a spacious retreat which features a desirable ensuite and a void in the dining area that will leave you speechless.

- Hartland 29, Tarneit, Best Display Home $350,000-$500,000
We designed the Hartland 29 with growing families in mind. Boasting four spacious bedrooms, the highlights of this home include a kids retreat and ample storage space. Outside, there is a sheltered outdoor dining area, perfect for long afternoons hosting barbecues with family and friends.

- Stanford 26, Clyde, Best Display Home $250,000-$300,000
